General Assembly
The Governing Bodies of the CEOE are: the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and the Chairman´s Office.
The Confederation's highest governing and decision -making body, the General Assembly, is made up of the delegates who represent all the regional and sectorial membership organisations.
It is the only body empowered to amend By-laws, approve the Confederation's plans and programmes and elect its Chairman and members of the Board of Directors.
Every four years, the General Assembly elects a Chairman and Board of Directors, who in turn appoint the members of the Executive Committee.
