Chairman
The Chairman of the CEOE is elected every four years by the General Assembly. His duties include, among others, to represent the Confederation and undertake all manner of intervensions on its behalf, subject only to the restrictions specified in the By-laws; to convene meetings of the General Assembly, Board of Directors and Executive Committee, chair and lead the discussion at said meetings; as well as to submit proposals to the Board of Directors with respect to the creation of specialised ad hoc committees.
