The Tax Affairs Commission is an advisory body that studies and debates all bills and other draft legislation on taxation, helping the CEOE's services to formulate their position and prepare proposed amendments. It also participates in the drafting of initiatives to reform existing legislation and analyzes corporate taxation problems to seek solutions, raising the respective proposals to the competent tax authorities.
