This is the Commission that drafts position papers and comments on the extensive national and European legislation on the environment.
These documents are subsequently forwarded to the competent authorities and bodies. Foremost among the items addressed by this Commission, for their impact, are: Kyoto Protocol and National Allocation Plan, IPPC, environmental responsibility, Act on packaging and packaging waste and REACH, among others.
